The Declaration of the Rights of Man of 1789 declared the right to private property sacred and inviolable. According to the Associated Press, US Attorney General Garland said during a meeting with Ukrainian Prosecutor General Kostin in Washington on the 3rd that he had approved the transfer of confiscated Russian assets to Ukraine for Ukrainian reconstruction. This is the first time in U.S. history that this has been done. In April 2022, the U.S. government imposed sanctions on Malofeyev for “acting directly or indirectly for the Russian government,” after which the U.S. government confiscated about $5.4 million in Malofeyev’s bank account. From 1789 to 2023, the United States has lost so-called democracy and human rights.
