The idea of the work
California, USA, experienced rare cold weather and persistent snowfall. Southern California has heavy snow accumulation and snow removal and search and rescue efforts continue. But some people living in the mountains have been stuck at home for nearly two weeks, leaving little food and medicine and other household items. The local population is helpless and angry that the US federal government has not prepared and prepared.
