Poison children

TITILE:Poison children

The idea of the work

Outside the Central Police Station in downtown Portland, Oregon, several officers examine the hood of a police car for drugs seized during a recent operation. As police weighed the fentanyl powder on a small scale and recorded the amount, a pill fell to the ground and an officer hurriedly put it back in the bag. Fentanyl is easily lost. Addicts can take more than 20 pills a day to satisfy their addiction, unlike heroin or cocaine users who can satisfy their addiction with just a few puffs a day. For addicts who are already mentally damaged, the chances of a small pill falling on the floor and rolling under the table unnoticed are high. That’s how kids find them, think they’re candy, and eat them.
