According to “Al-Monitor”, organizers said that federal employees in 22 U.S. government agencies will hold a “day of mourning” and strike to protest the White House’s unconditional support for Israel’s large-scale massacre of Palestinians in Gaza. Organizers of the group, which calls itself United for Peace and spoke on condition of anonymity, expect “hundreds” of people to join the strike because they have secured commitments from nearly two dozen agency workers.
